The hotel's position was great and incredible, really close to shopping centre restaurants and cafe's, shops, bars and restaurants, and the best pub in Albany. The personnel was amiable offered me a lovely modern room with a lovely bathroom and toaster, as for instance.

It was a nice base for longer stay, had absolutely amazing time. The rooms were tastefully decorated and stylish with toaster for breakfast, spacious bathroom plus a wonderful big spa bath, I truly enjoyed that.

The room was equipped with all necessary items for cooking, making our stay comfortable. It was located close to the central area, making it easy to access nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops. the host was friendly and provided helpful information about attractions nearby.

The shower facilities need improvement, as the water comes out awkwardly from the showerhead. , cleaning could have been better as we found floating hairs and dust in the bathroom when we ran the bath.

Stayed at Spencer Suites for a few nights and it was perfect. Beautifully restored heritage building with fantastic facilities. Just a short walk to the main street and a quiet historical pub with excellent food only 50 meters away. The apartment was well-furnished, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. Parking right outside the door made unloading easy. John, the friendly owner, provided coffee, tea, and Tim Tams, a nice touch. Location was ideal for exploring the area, walking distance to Mount Clarence Anzac memorial.

Close to everything, well-furnished, and great parking. This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, as it was just a short distance from the city's main attractions and restaurants. The hotel facilities were spotless, and I loved the fact that I had my own secluded area out the back. Parking outside the hotel was a breeze and made it easy to unload my luggage. The staff was hospitable, and the breakfast provided was a nice touch.

Loved our weekend getaway! Best aspects were that the suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet street that was walking distance to everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the historic pub with great food and music right around the corner. Another bonus was the private courtyard which gave us a lovely outlook. We also appreciated the owners being friendly and informative, and the fact that the bed was very comfortable.

Disliked that the bed was too firm for our liking, and we couldn't find any facilities for washing a few clothes. It would have been helpful to have had a dish drainer on a small tray available.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect - within walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. It was great staying in the Entertainment Centre, with so many options to explore. The room was immaculate, complete with everything we needed, such as luxurious soft linen, quality appliances, and gorgeous ornaments. The host was welcoming and helpful, making our stay even better. Plus, the free wifi was fantastic.

There was one minor disappointment - we were expecting a bathtub and stove/oven in our room but didn't have them. Apart from that, our stay was seamless, and we thoroughly recommend it.
